Mindfulness: A Global Perspective | Free Public Talk

Join us for an exclusive one-hour talk with Chris Ruane, exploring mindfulness on a global scale. Drawing from insights in international network meetings convened by The Mindfulness Initiative (M.I.), Chris will discuss the rise of mindful cities, support for deprived communities, and the integration of mindfulness in the civil service. He will also explore the potential future of mindfulness in diplomacy, refugee support, and indigenous wisdom traditions. The talk concludes with a Q&A, giving you a chance to engage directly with Chris and expand on these global themes.
