Event description

This Mental Health March, UNSW Health Promotions Unit invites all students to improve mood and stress through exercise!

Happening every Friday at 5pm from 4-25 March, find out how exercising promotes a complete approach to our wellbeing, and how you can incorporate mindfulness into exercise.

Mental Health March is created by UNSW Health Promotions Unit and aims to encourage the UNSW community to engage in conversations surrounding the often challenging topics of mental health and wellbeing. The team offer workshops, resources and mental health services to all UNSW Students and Staff.
