Guided Meditation

Saturday, 7 November 2026
10:30 - 12:00
Facilitated by: Ee Lin Ong - Oxford Mindfulness certified Mindfulness Teacher, Trainer, and Supervisor
Connect through mindfulness meditations with a certified mindfulness teacher, and discover new ways of being that you can carry into everyday life; including mindfulness of routine activities such as eating.
In this session, you'll will access your inner resource through practices that help settle the mind, ease tension in the body, and bring kind attention to the present moment. You'll explore simple techniques such as mindful breathing, body awareness, and noticing thoughts without getting caught up in them. These are tools you can return to whenever life feels rushed or overwhelming.
Whether you're completely new to meditation or wanting to deepen your practice, you'll be welcomed into a supportive, unhurried space where there's nothing to achieve and nothing to get right, merely welcome as you are.
Mindful Tea

Saturday, 14 November 2026
10:30 - 12:00
Facilitated by: Gabriela Isenschmid - a trained tea practitioner and collector
Experience the simple pleasure of mindful drinking and being.
Gabriela studied the Chinese Art of Tea with tea masters in China and Taiwan. She will prepare premium tea from her own extensive collection with care and intention, inviting you to slow down and fully engage your senses: the warmth of the cup in your hands, the aroma rising from the leaves, the colour, the taste, and the quiet that settles as you sip.
Mindful tea drinking turns an everyday ritual into a moment of rest and presence. Shared in good company, it's also a gentle way to connect with others, without pressure and without needing to say much at all.
Come as you are. Leave a little calmer, more grounded, and more connected.
Light snacks will be provided
