Event description

Join Jaimee in our first 2022 workshop that aims to build your knowledge of self-care and mindfulness. You will exit the workshop with a greater understanding of these concepts and new tools to help you utilise them. This includes mindfulness practice and a self-care plan provided by the Black Dog Institute. Self-care and mindfulness are intended to help with things like stress management, focus, energy, and self-compassion. 

Participants will need to bring:

  • only themselves
  • a positive attitude
  • ideally a smartphone

Participants should expect to get out of this:

  • a better understanding of mindfulness & self-care
  • new tools to practice mindfulness
  • a self-care plan to take home

A little about Jaimee

Jaimee is our new wellbeing facilitator who is a recent graduate from Monash University, with a bachelors degree in psychological sciences. She believes everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and lead healthy lives.
