Our popular 8-week intensive course is back for 2021.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an internationally recognised evidence-based program. Using aspects of meditation, mindfulness and yoga the course aims to decrease stress levels, manage pain, improve mood and help with life's daily challenges.

This holistic, evidence-based course includes 8-evening sessions PLUS a full-day mini-retreat (venue to be confirmed).
