Event description

1 hour of mindfulness activities, such as breathwork, movements and vocalisations, to help you bring more present-mindedness and peace into your life.

Ages 12+ Welcome

Please complete the Consent Form Mindfulness Group and email to james@transformativetherapyaustralia.com.au or bring to the group. If you decide to turn up without booking a tickets please come 5 minutes early and I will fit you in if I can.

Fee of Your Choosing

Fee of your choosing can be made at the time of ticket purchase or when you attend the group.
