Mindfulness, Guided Meditation and Breathwork - embrace this New Year with a fresh empowered approach!

Are you tired, drained, stressed, anxious or just over the daily grind?

This new mini course is 4 weeks of 1 hour live online Wellness sessions.                   

Not pre-recorded, I will be there 100% to guide you and answer your questions live! 

We will learn and practice the tools you need to manage and reduce stress, improve your physical and mental health, gain more energy, boost your immune system and focus and help you navigate whatever life throws at you.

Starts Thursday 6th February 2025 from 7pm - 8pm (AEDT) and each Thursday following through February.

  • 1 hour of meditation, mindfulness and gentle breathwork practices
  • 1 session per week
  • Thursday nights 7-8pm

Suitable for- Beginners to those already practicing

An affordable introduction to mindfulness practices and foundational meditation and Breath techniques. 

Learn STRESS RELIEVING and EMOTIONAL REGULATING techniques like

A soulfully structured program that balances theory and practice to empower you to manage what seems to be in epidemic proportions = stress!!  

Each session has a clear focus and offers a mix of guided meditation, practical exercises, and helpful insights.

Week 1- Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation

  • What is mindfulness and meditation
  • The benefits of regular practice
  • Basic breathing techniques to relax and release
  • Guided relaxation meditation

Week 2- Mindfulness in Daily Life

  • Explore mindfulness techniques for stress reduction
  • Mindfulness to improve clarity and focus
  • Body Scan technique
  • Guided meditation for stress relief

Week 3- Breathwork and Energy Balancing

  • The power of breathwork
  • Pranayama techniques for a healthier you
  • Guided breathwork practice for energy and vitality
  • Guided meditation for cultivating inner peace

Week 4- Integrating Mindfulness into Your Life

  • Review and Q&A the key learnings and insights from the program
  • Strategies for maintaining a regular meditation practice
  • Guided meditation to close and ongoing support
