The aim of this workshop is to teach simple, practical mindfulness skills that can support you in your day-to-day caring role.

· Learn strategies to manage stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

· Understand the difference between yourself and your thoughts.

· Practise techniques that may help you experience more calm, steadiness, and peace.

· Take part in a gentle, chair-based meditation practice.

· Connect with other carers in a supportive and welcoming environment.

· Stay for tea or coffee after the class if you would like time to talk and connect.

During the one-hour class, you will be introduced to mindfulness meditation techniques and practical ideas to help you feel more grounded, supported, and present in your caring role.
