I have qualifications in guiding meditation and am a member of Meditation Association of Australia www.meditationaustralia.org.au . In addition, I am a qualified therapeutic harpist and a member of the Australian Therapeutic Harpists Association www.atha.org.au . I combine my two passions, by offering guided meditations with the soothing sounds of the harp.

I have a Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical) from The Adelaide University. My guided meditations are grounded in scientific research.
