The Mindfulness Pod - Monthly Zoom Practice Sessions
When life is busy it can be a challenge to sustain a mindfulness meditation practice in life and gain its many health benefits.
Stress is a normal human reaction when we feel overwhelmed. But learning to respond to stress with mindfulness can be a path to health and healing as we awaken our vital energy, calm the mind and find that precious stillness within.
We’d love to continue offering our support to help you integrate mindfulness practices into your self-care activities. Starting on July 4th we’ll be presenting our new online monthly programme on Monday evenings called:
The Mindfulness Pod – Monthly Zoom practice sessions for planting seeds of meditation in daily life.
These nourishing one hour evening sessions will include gentle healing movement followed by a traditional mindfulness meditation practice, after which there will be time for Q & A and discussion.
Monthly on Mondays – 7.00 To 8.00pm
1. 4th July– The Wakeful Body – Compassionate Body Scan
2. 8th August – Stillness at the Centre – Central Channel Meditation
3. 5th September – Warm Benevolence – Loving Kindness Meditation
4. 10th October – Golden Healing Elixir – Inner Smile Meditation
5. 7th November – Compassionate Friend – Meditation for Self-Compassion
6. 5th December – Cultivating Joy – Meditation on Gratitude
Each session will be recorded and available for one month for you to access as often as you like.
Price is $120 for 6 months, or if you prefer to attend a single session - $25 per session.
