Free weekly webinars for UNSW Students to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation and learn a valuable stress relief technique to improve your mental fitness. 

Sessions for T1 are delivered online by a Psychologist from Psychology & Wellness. Tuesday's 2.30pm to 3.30pm from 15th March to 5th April. 

You can register for an individual session to try out mindfulness. To get the full benefits we recommend that you attend all four session by selecting any date and the 4 session bundle ticket option.

Mental Health March is created by UNSW Health Promotions Unit and aims to encourage the UNSW community to engage in conversations surrounding the often challenging topics of mental health and wellbeing. The team offer workshops, resources and mental health services to all UNSW Students and Staff.
