Free weekly workshops for UNSW Students to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation and learn a valuable stress relief technique to improve your mental fitness. 

Sessions for Term 2 are delivered psychologist from Psychology & Wellness on Wednesdays 12pm-12:45pm from 8th June to 27th July. 

Each week’s mindfulness topic and exercises will be different to help you get an idea how you can practice mindfulness on a daily basis.  You can come to an individual session to practice mindfulness however to get the full benefits we recommend that you attend as many sessions as you can.

You can register for an individual session to try out mindfulness. 


Location: 
Psychology and Wellness, Level 2, East Wing, Quadrangle Building (directly above the University Health Service)

Due to COVID restrictions there is limited capacity for the workshops. Please register only if you are able to attend in-person at the UNSW Kensington campus.
