Mini Painting Sesh
Event description
Miniature Painting Session - Get Those Minis Table-Ready!
Join us at Little Plastic Fellas in Shepparton for a relaxed afternoon of painting board game miniatures! We're extending our hours (10am-4pm) to give everyone plenty of time to get their little plastic friends looking good on the tabletop.
I'm Dave, and I'll be hosting this casual paint-along session - fair warning though, I haven't touched a brush in ages myself, so we're all figuring this out together! Don't worry about your skill level - whether you're a complete beginner or just getting back into it like me, this is all about having fun and getting those minis from grey plastic to something that looks great on your game table.
What's Available:
Basic paints and brushes provided for communal use
Full Army Painter range in stock if you need specific colours
Relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to create masterpieces
What to Bring:
Your miniatures, primed and ready to paint
Any personal brushes or tools you prefer (though not essential)
I'll be trying out the "slap chop" method with Speedpaints - perfect for getting solid, tabletop-ready results without fussing over tiny details. The goal here isn't winning any Golden Demon awards; it's about transforming those grey minis into something that'll make your next board game session just a bit more immersive.
Entry is FREE but spots are limited, so grab yours while you can!
Come hang out, chat about games, and let's get some painting done in the most laid-back way possible.
