On the 2nd day of the year, join me for a Mini-Retreat, an intimate day of Movement, Breath, Connection & Nourishment. 
Our opportunity to reset after the excitement & hecticness of Year end celebration, as the New Year settles in, a moment to pause & recenter. 

What to expect:

Our day will start with an energising Yoga practice which will includes Breathwork & Meditation. 
We will meet, connect, express and Share our Intentions with an Opening circle.
A Brunch will wait for us at Bohäus, our local café a few steps away from the Studio. 
Nourished, connected and fed, we will explore Breathwork through practical Theory.
We will explore deeper relaxation and soothing breathing technique along with a Restorative Yoga Practice.
And end with 20 minutes Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) to let you leave this offering rested and with a sense of wholeness.

The session is limited to a small number of participants to make sure that everyone feels held in a safe space and guided properly through the process.
The offering is entirely all-levels. Shall you have any doubts, do not hesitate to reach out. 

What to bring:

We have everything @VividFlow to support your practice, though You are welcome to bring your own Mat, blocs, bolsters, eye mask...
You might need a Bottle of Water, Something to take notes, and a change of clothes should you want to end the day with a small hike and a beach time.

Ambre, @thecoconutinitiative, 665h RYT, Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, Breathwork instructor, Reiki & Zenthai Practitioner, passionate about the capacity of the body to surrender and the mind to gain clarity in the right environment.
