Each Monday we’ll meet for a live guided session:
Week 1 (AM) - Breathwork to set the tone for a focused day.
Week 2 (Lunchtime) - Walk, move, and discover the mindset shift of mindful movement.
Week 3 (Evening) - The art of unwinding to prepare for deep, restorative sleep.
Between sessions, you’ll commit to replaying the recordings daily and practicing; the practice rewires, the repetition locks it in. Alongside this, you’ll receive weekly check-ins, email support, and practical resources to keep you on track.
You don’t need to speak or be “on camera”- just show up, listen, and participate. Your success is my interest, and the structure is here to help you follow through.
