Welcome back to the Undies gateway!
After selling out our first MINI.UNDIES, we’re doing it all over again.
Join us in whatever outfit takes your fancy on the night — from your favourite thong to something completely wild. MINI.UNDIES is the smaller, more intimate sibling of our full-scale Undie Party series: a gateway for new faces to check out our crowd, our music and our culture, and a space where our OGs can be even more free than usual.
Basically... it’s a VIBE check for newbies and a playground for everyone else.
For me personally, being that it’s a more intimate setting in a nightclub run by a dear friend, it’s a space where I can run around in a little thong and be happy.
Genitals must be covered. All nipples are equal.

Dresscode: WILD / BARE
There’s no strict line here, just a spectrum. I (Lisa) will be setting the tone for how derobed one may be (i.e. my favourite thong), while my partner holds the torch for those who’d rather stay more clothed.
Wherever you land between those two poles, you’re dressed right — just throw in something wild. Something you wouldn’t usually wear out.
Creative expression is the law of the land.
This is not a spectators’ event — get stuck into chatting and dancing rather than staring.

LINEUP
21:00 — THE CAPTAIN
The Captain takes the controls to open MINI.UNDIES round two, setting the course for six hours of dancing and derobing. A new favourite of ours, The Captain has a stunning knowledge of music and the taste to match — trust us, your hips will be loose in no time at all.
23:00 — Osey
OSEY is the sonic alias of Auckland-based DJ and producer Owen Evans, with more than two decades behind the decks and a history of shows across New Zealand and beyond.
For OSEY, memory is an instrument. His sets draw on a huge depth of musical experience, weaving familiar sounds with unexpected selections, cinematic textures and left-of-centre turns. Past and present collide as he moves between deep, groovy house and bigger dancefloor moments — always melodic, unpredictable and driven by an instinct for the room.
Under his production moniker RED PROJECT, OSEY takes his creativity into the studio through original productions, re-edits and mutations, with releases on Beat & Path and Eugenius.
More than 23 years in, OSEY still approaches every dancefloor as something alive — unpredictable, imperfect and constantly evolving.
01:00 — SAUNA
Raised in the icy expanse of Siberia, SAUNA found warmth in the pulsing sounds of new wave, synthpop and underground electronic music. What began as a fascination with unconventional rhythms and textures has evolved into a passion for uncovering unique sounds from around the world and sharing them on dancefloors across Auckland.
One of Auckland’s sexiest groove merchants, her sets are confident, sultry and rhythm-heavy — moving through lush blends, bold selections, driving beats and unexpected twists. Sometimes gritty, sometimes melodic, sometimes downright relentless, but always with an infectious energy that keeps the floor moving.
Taking control of the final two hours of MINI.UNDIES, SAUNA will be turning up the temperature from 1am until the lights come on at 3am.

INSTALLATIONS
Treasure Hunt — search the venue for a double pass to Kinnect Festival (www.kinnectfestival.co.nz), a $50 bar tab, and a piece of TN.W merchandise (one the last remaining pieces before everything is branded Kinenct Wide)... these will be hidden as cards, if you find one, read the back to know how to redeem your prize.
Polaroid Portraits — Capture a moment in time with a one-off instant photograph to take home. Old-school, imperfect and impossible to replicate.
The Glitter Bar — add some sparkle to your wild or bare outfit with Lauren from @theglitterbar.nz

This event is more relaxed in terms of dress code than an Undie Party, however participation of some kind is still required.
Doors open 9pm–11pm. After 11pm we operate a one-way door system.
No photography is permitted of others without explicit consent. Do not include anyone in a photo that has not given their consent... so definitely no crowd shots!
