Make Your Own Miniature Notebooks with Megan
Event description
Join us to create a place for your smallest thoughts, drawings, poems, stories and more. Learn from our resident miniaturist, Megan, how to bind, cover and decorate your own miniature and completely functionable notebook.
Make these tiny notebooks for yourself, give them to your friends and family and fill them with words, pictures, flowers, and more. Learn how to use your leftover cardboard, paper, leather and fabric scraps to make mini creations. Add the finer details to personalise and decorate them. Perfect for finding new life for your paper, cardboard, leather, fabric scraps and more!
Miniatures are a great way to extend the life of your materials and a wonderful multi-skilled medium for expression and a way to see the world! Megan has been creating mini scenes, furniture, and more for many years and is excited to share some skills with budding mini-makers. No experience necessary.
You can also sign up for the miniature bookshelf class afterward at 7:45pm to make an enchanted secret home for your notebook!
