Event description
The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the increase of social isolation of older people spurred a grants program to be developed – Combatting Social Isolation for Seniors during COVID-19. This is the first of a three part panel series showcasing how older people from Aboriginal and CALD communities have been supported through the pandemic.
In this panel we talk to Gandangara Land Council on the work they have been doing in their community and Checking in on our Aunties, a program developed by Liverpool Woman’s Health Centre and local senior Koori women.
