Session Purpose:

In this Ministry Booster, we’ll explore how to build a culture of coaching that facilitates the care and equipping of leaders. Together we’ll learn practical coaching skills and practices to develop leaders intentionally, foster whole-life discipleship, and create rhythms of encouragement and accountability so that every member of the team feels supported, valued, and able to thrive in ministry. Rob is “passionate about life’ and seeks to live and bring a message of heart, hope and love, that impacts and awakens others towards transformation, identity, purpose, and legacy. He has a rich professional background with over 35 years’ experience working across various sectors including, Education, Government and Church. He’s an ICF ACC professional Coach with 15+ years of personal, organisational and executive coaching experience. He also brings a wealth of experience in leadership development, public speaking, training and facilitation. Rob is married, has two adult daughters and a dog called Max. He enjoys spending time with family, coffee, movies, sports and trail running.
