Paul is a visionary leader passionate about serving a mission beyond himself, having guided ACC NSW & ACT through drought, fire, floods, and a global pandemic during his six years as State President while equipping pastors and churches to adapt in a changing world. An author of Thank God It’s Monday and Re-Think It, he has also served as an NBL team chaplain, shaping healthy team culture and learning to disciple people from where they are. For more than a decade, he has led ACC Community Engagement, influencing over 1,100 churches to rethink community development, and in 2024 he launched Mobilise Australia to help churches deepen their community impact.
