Paul Bartlett

Paul is a visionary leader passionate about serving a mission beyond himself, having guided ACC NSW & ACT through drought, fire, floods, and a global pandemic during his six years as State President while equipping pastors and churches to adapt in a changing world. An author of Thank God It’s Monday and Re-Think It, he has also served as an NBL team chaplain, shaping healthy team culture and learning to disciple people from where they are. For more than a decade, he has led ACC Community Engagement, influencing over 1,100 churches to rethink community development, and in 2024 he launched Mobilise Australia to help churches deepen their community impact. After 23 years leading Lighthouse—a widely trusted, community-focused church—Paul has transitioned out of the role, leaving behind initiatives ranging from a pop-up restaurant to youth housing and chaplaincy programs. Based in Wollongong, Paul has been married to his wife Annette for 36 years and is a proud father of three adult children and grandfather of three.
