Minnesota Women's Investment Collective Informational Session

We are launching a women’s angel investing circle in May 2025! Join us for an online session to learn how you can be part of our founding cohort—a collective of women dedicated to pooling our values and investments to fuel the growth of Minnesota-based startups. Together, we can support innovative businesses, drive meaningful value and build lasting impact.

• Collective Power — Leverage the strength of our pooled resources and expertise to drive meaningful value and impact. Every member has a voice in the choice of our 1-2 collective investments.
• Connect, Learn and Have Fun — Connect with like-minded and powerhouse women entrepreneurs and leaders. Gain financial insights and put your learning into immediate action.

How It Works

1. Join The Circle — Join 15 other women and contribute $5,000 to the collective investment circle. 
2. Four Active Learning Sessions — Join the cohort for four sessions between May and August, 2025, each 90-120 minutes, mix of in-person and virtual. The curriculum will include invited speakers, content from Seraf and Groove Capital curated materials.

   2. Diligence + Deal Review
   3. Pitches
   4. Value beyond the check
3. Vetted Investment Opportunities — Groove Capital will curate startups to introduce to the collective based on the established co-created investment thesis.
4. Grow Together — Support startups that reflect our values and drive positive change.
