Description
Welcome to MISU WORLD
A little world from our imagination, brought to life for our first anniversary.
On Sunday, 25 October, step into MISU WORLD at Yari Collective - a dessert lounge experience celebrating one year of MISU Eatery.
Think warm lighting, disco details, cosy corners, good music and banana pudding. A space to bring your friends, meet someone new, take a few photos and stay a little longer.
Who we are
MISU Eatery is a Western Sydney dessert brand best known for our banana pudding. What started with a love of creating desserts has grown into a community of familiar faces, new friendships and people who keep showing up for us. MISU WORLD is our way of saying thank you and inviting you into the little world behind it all.
Why this means so much to us
Our first anniversary celebrates everything that has gone into building MISU: the ideas, late nights, small wins and the people who have made it possible. This experience brings a little of the MISU brain to life - cosy and collected, with a touch of chaos and plenty of personality. We want you to leave with a full heart, a new memory and something sweet.
Making room for women’s health
Women’s health is part of our founder Kaitlin’s personal story, and it has helped shape the care and connection behind MISU. Alongside the desserts and celebrations, we’re making space for conversations about women’s health, including PMOS and endometriosis. Through conversation prompts and a shared message wall, we hope to create moments where people feel comfortable connecting and sharing as much or as little as they like.
We’ll also share women’s health information provided by Jean Hailes for Women’s Health resources. an Australian organisation dedicated to improving women’s health through research, education and accessible health information. Their resources help women better understand their health, recognise concerns and feel more confident asking questions and seeking support. Jean Hailes has kindly given us permission to reference their resources at MISU WORLD, helping us bring reliable information into these conversations.
A little extra, thanks to our gifting sponsors
We’re excited to have gifting support from Strandbags, including Nere, Elite Supplements and Health Lab, helping us add something special to the celebration.
The first 25 tickets sold receive a goodie bag, ready to collect at the event.
