The Aged Care Act 2024 introduces a transformative new regulatory framework that reshapes responsibilities for Associated Providers, Registered Providers, and Aged Care Workers. Leaders who manage subcontracting, partnerships, workforce, or compliance must understand these changes to avoid legal breaches and ensure seamless service delivery.

    3. Implementing compliance monitoring systems for all associated providers.

    4. Reducing risk exposure in multi-provider service delivery models.

  • Preparing documentation for audits and Commission enquiries
