In this introduction, you'll get a taste of our two signature Mitsui Movement offerings:
Nashuv: Restorative Practice — Gentle, meditative movement focusing on flow, balance, integration, and renewal.
Nimratz: Invigorating Practice — Active movement focusing on strength, mobility, locomotion, coordination, speed, and power.

About the Instructor
Yoshi Silverstein (he/him) is founder and executive director at Mitsui Collective and creator of the Mitsui Method system of Jewish embodiment. A student of the human body and spirit, he has over 25 years of experience as a Jewish educator, facilitator, and creative practitioner of movement and somatics, martial arts, music, and nature-based experience. A Chinese-Ashkenazi-American Jew, Yoshi holds a 2nd degree blackbelt in Lotus Kajukenbo and currently studies Chinese martial arts. He lives in Shaker Heights with his wife and daughter.
