Mixed Gender Sharing Circle
Event description
Welcome to the first event hosted by the Unity Collective.
People,
we have had a wonderful response to our event and as such we are at capacity, given our current venue. The location may change, however at present this event is FULL.
If we find another site, we may be able to open to more people, so we would love to receive expressions of interest and we will stay in communication with you.
Please either go on the Waitlist here or FaceBook message either Ben Buttfield or Emma Spouse, and we will keep you in the loop.

Who are the Unity Collective?
We are a group of men, and a group of women, collaborating with the aim of creating spaces in which all people can sit together and enhance their understanding of one another.
Our aim is simply to build and grow a community of conscious people who seek deep and authentic connection.
The men have spent many years sitting in men's circles and exploring who they are.
The women have spent many years sitting in women's circles and exploring who they are.
The Unity Collective sees the joining of these two groups, and we will be conducting a series of regular events which will allow attendees the opportunity to engage with one another from a space of depth, vulnerability and respect, and hopefully leave with a more sophisticated understanding of each other.
What to expect?
The theme of this first event is TRUST, and we will lead a number of activities exploring what this means to people.
It will be co facilitated by one man and one woman.
The event will involve, discussion, sharing, story telling and some minimally demanding physical activities.
We will sit in circle outside in a private semi rural setting.
This sharing circle will be challenging from the perspectives of emotional intimacy and vulnerability. But of course everyone will have complete autonomy in relation to how much they choose to give of themselves.
Safety:
The guidelines to ensure the safety of all participants will be explicitly outlined at the beginning of the event.
All attendees will also have the opportunity to state what they require in order to feel safe to engage in the experience.
There will be numerous experienced facilitators to ensure these rules are observed.
There will be a nominal fee charged for this gathering, with the option of nominating a donation for those enduring financial hardship.
This experience is open to all people: all genders, a-gender folks, non binary people, and all races, sexual orientations and those with any or no religious beliefs.
Location:
More specific details of the venue will be provided to those who sign up for the event.
