Mixed Media Journaling Workshop

Explore materials and techniques to create a beautiful journal spread during this workshop. Each participant will choose a journal to begin working with which will be yours to keep and continue journaling or sketching in. Learn about developing background layers to create depth and texture. Explore color palettes to discover what is pleasing to you and how color can express a mood. There will be a large selection of tools and materials to use and experiment with, along with guidance and instruction. This is an extremely rewarding art form that knows no rules. Journaling is expressive, relaxing and can be very personal. We encourage you to relax, experiment and enjoy alongside others.

Your hosts, Seranya Studios Arts Foundation and Freedom Cry - Antitrafficking Coalition of Sheboygan County present this workshop to help raise awareness of human trafficking in Sheboygan County. $5.00 of each registration will go to support these organizations in their work to fight trafficking. We encourage you to invite others to register or to share this event to help us get the word out. Additional donations will be warmly received.
