Mixed Social Netball 2025

Get your friends together and enjoy a social game of Mixed Netball at the Denmark Recreation Centre.

SEASON STARTS Tuesday 14 October 2025 from 5.30pm

6 Rounds plus Finals.

Team Registration Fee: $53

Team Game Fee: $48.50

NOMINATIONS close Thursday 5 October unless team spaces are filled prior.

GENERAL RULES

·         Teams must register online and pay the Team Registration Fee of $53.00

·         Cost is $48.50 per team per game. The team fee must be paid PRIOR to the commencement of the game.

·         A player must have played two of the season’s fixtures to be eligible to play in the finals.

·         All player’s names must be recorded on the score sheet to validate each game.

·         All fill in players must have their name recorded on the score sheet before the game.

·         A maximum of 3 males from each team are permitted on the court at any one time.

·         A maximum of 1 male from each team is permitted as a starting position in each 1/3 of court, i.e.:
1 male GK or GD
1 male C or WD or WA
1 male GA or GS.

·         Forfeit rule: If a team forfeits, a call must be made to the Denmark Recreation Centre before 1pm. Otherwise the team fee of $48.50 will apply and must be paid prior to the following game.

·         The Centre strongly recommends that you consult your doctor if you have any doubts whatsoever regarding your participation in any activities in the Centre.

·         Should any injured person require first aid, it should be bought to the attention of a Recreation Centre staff member for assistance. The Centre staff will call emergency services if they deem it necessary. Injured parties will be liable for any costs that may result.

·         Camera and video equipment are not to be used in the Centre unless prior written permission has been sought from the Centre Manager.

·         Players and spectators are required to observe the gym and facility rules. All users must wear enclosed shoes and team colours as nominated.

·         All players must be a minimum age of 14 years of age.

·        Each team must supply a scorer for each game.

·  Denmark Recreation Centre will supply umpires. However, in the event no umpire is available teams will need to provide an umpire

·         PLEASE RESPECT THE UMPIRES AND PLAYERS. POOR SPORTSMANSHIP WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THIS IS SOCIAL NETBALL AND SHOULD BE FUN!
