Mixology Class: Negroni Week

The Negroni: three equal parts of Gin, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth. Its simplicity and elegance have ensured its place as a durable classic. Our Negroni class in 2025 was Little Gem’s first official cocktail class, so we are excited that this will mark a year of classes!

The Negroni is such a beloved cocktail that it warrants not a mere day like others, but an entire week. Bars and restaurants all over the world participate in celebrating the legendary drink and raising money for a great cause.

For this class, we will make three very different styles of cocktails inspired by the Negroni - pushing the boundaries of what those three ingredients can do. Like last year, we will have fun swag to give away to participants.

This month's skill-building class will take place at Little Gem on Tuesday, September 22, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Space is limited to 16 seats, so be sure to reserve yours today! Tickets are available at $75 (includes plated snacks from Beau Catering, three cocktails, and recipe cards for each cocktail so you can make them at home). Hope to see you there!
