Mixology Class: The Manhattan

The Martini classes we did earlier in the year were such a hit that we decided to devote another class to a beloved single cocktail.

The Holidays always evoke the perennial classic cocktail - The Manhattan. Relatively unchanged since its inception (a rarity), it has remained a sturdy and well-loved tipple since the late 1800s.

In this class, we will discuss the history of the Manhattan, trace its lineage, and delight in its many variants and offspring. Together, we will make a progenitor version, the classic, and then a more modern riff that pushes the boundaries.

This month's skill-building class will take place at Little Gem on Tuesday, December 15, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Space is limited to 16 seats, so be sure to reserve yours today!
