What are the times? The sessions will be broken into 2 different age groups to support the physical, emotional and cognitive development of the children and teens:
8-12 years old: 4:00 PM - 4:50 PM 12-17 years old: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Is this sport appropriate for girls?
We have the most amazing girls and young women that attend our MMA and BJJ classes each week. This sport provides them with valuable self-defense skills, enhancing their confidence and ability to protect themselves as well as taking it to the boys on the mat. Learning various martial arts techniques equips them with the knowledge to handle potentially threatening situations, fostering a sense of empowerment and security.
My Child is also interested in attending the FREE BJJ Sessions! Brilliant. Please click on the link below to register them. We look forward to seeing them there.
