Are you ready to Row for Mens Mental Health?

Grab your mates and join the Mo Bro Row 60 minute Challenge together with Concept2 and the Brotherhood down at the Brotherhood Wholeness space in Burleigh.

We want to conclude Movember united, and bring together the Gold Coast fitness community for a morning of 
comradery, connection, (friendly) competition and chats.

In the name of mens Mental health, and suicide prevention - Row with your BRO's (or Sis's). Row for your BRO's.

How does the challenge work?

Team's of 4 - teams can be all Bro's, Sis's or a combo of both
One Concept2 RowErg - One Rower at a time
Max distance (m) in 60 minutes
Friendly competition 
Everybody's a winner (although there will be prizes for the winning team)

Our mates at Undisputed Nutrition will supply Steak Sangas with the legends at Rplnsh Electrolytes providing the Hydration. DJ Jonny Sounds will spin the decks and bring the vibes. A couple of guest speakers in the Mental Health space will share their story/experiences and everybody will have a chance to connect and chat - after all we're trying to encourage conversation amongst the Bro's.

It's gunna be a great day, for a great cause!

From 9.30am - Arrive and register your team for the Mo Bro Row. Chat and connect with other teams

10am - Welcome to all teams and brief for the Mo Bro Row 60 min Challenge

10.15am-11.15am - Mo Bro Row 60 min Challenge to begin

From 11.15am - Connect, Catch up and Connect (drinks and refreshments provided) Feel Good Co Ice Baths available.

11.30am-11.50am - Chat from special guest speakers in the Mental Health Space

12pm - Conclusion of Mo Bro Row event - feel free to make a move or hang around and continue to connect and chat
