This is an interactive workshop comprised of both discussion and movement practice
Topics include:
- Positioning for big movement patterns (press, squat, deadlift)
- Key core bracing techniques to support trunk stiffness in cohesion with movement of body.
- Mobility drills and warmup techniques to support increased capacity, comfort & strength while helping reduce risk of injury
- How to personalize and plan your mobility/warmup routine; from bare ass essentials quick warmup to a more specific and focused warmup for more technical or demanding session

Coach Dane
• Developed and delivered by multi-sport athlete and coach with longstanding experience in dynamic movement. current amateur strongman and team sport hobbyist, former varsity track and field athlete.
• Functional range conditioning movement specialist, also certified in foam rolling and myofascial compression techniques
• Actively using these techniques to support demands of ongoing strongman training and competition, informed by competitive training environments across a variety of sports/disciplines
• Experience working with wide variety of clients and athletes across a broad span of genders, ages and abilities.
