Perfect for 9-12 year olds

Inspired by popular TV comedy and reality shows, create your own 'mockumentary' style TV Show. Learn how to develop a unique character, create original scenes and discover how to present those scenes to camera. Present your original mockumentary to family and friends.

You will learn:

• To participate in fun and engaging acting exercises with others to develop new creative ideas
• Develop a basic understanding of how improvisation can be used to generate creative content and inform character choices
• An understanding of basic acting techniques and how to act on screen
• Team-working skills

When: 

• Monday 20th - Thursday 23rd January, 10am-3pm in The Art Room @ Kickstart Arts
• Screening for family and friends on Saturday 1st of Feb at 1pm in The Hidden Theatre

What to bring:

• Lunch, snacks and a drink
• Parents or guardians are welcome to attend part or all of the workshop
