Modern Urban Living in Cherry Creek North

Modera Second Avenue is a five-story, 110-unit luxury multifamily community located in Denver's Cherry Creek neighborhood. Designed to strengthen the pedestrian experience along Cook Street and East 2nd Avenue, the project combines active ground-floor uses, thoughtfully integrated resident amenities, and contemporary architecture that responds to the character and scale of the surrounding district. The development balances urban density with livability through carefully crafted residences, landscaped terraces, and seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces.

Tour attendees will have the opportunity to tour a residential unit with oversized covered residential balconies exceeding 250 square feet, and several distinctive amenities including a wellness spa, golf simulator lounge, fitness center, two-story penthouse residences with rooftop patios and fireplaces, and a clubhouse showcasing panoramic views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. The tour will also feature the rooftop amenity deck, complete with a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and entertainment spaces that exemplify the project's elevated residential experience.
