This workshop is FOR ANYONE considering modern cloth nappies—whether you’re curious, planning ahead for a baby, starting for the first time, restarting after difficulties, or have a toddler still wearing nappies or pull-ups. It’s never too early or too late to start.
Choosing between so many brands, styles and inserts can feel overwhelming. Touch, feel and compare different options in one place before buying, practise fitting on demo dolls, and learn simple washing and troubleshooting tips to help prevent leaks, smells, wasted time and hassle. Talk to like-minded parents and get support and tips.
You can also browse other reusable products, including cloth wipes, swim nappies and reusable period pads.
Come from 10:00 am for morning tea. The workshop begins promptly at 10:15 am. The guided presentation finishes around 11:15 am, followed by fitting practice, questions and time to examine the nappies up close until 11:45 am.
Space for prams and a small children’s play area will be available.
👉 Registration is essential. One household registration covers one main attendee, a maximum of one accompanying adult—such as a partner or support person—and their children. The accompanying adult and children do not need separate tickets.

Not at all. This session is beginner-friendly and designed especially for people who are new, unsure, or just starting out.

Yes, babies are welcome. Please note this is an educational session for adults, not a supervised children’s activity.

Due to limited space, tickets are limited to one caregiver plus one support person per household.
