Mom and Me Meditation Party
Event description
You are cordially invited to a Mom & Me Meditation Party hosted by Sarah and her energetic daughter, Lilli! 🎉
Let's escape the craziness of the world together for an hour.
When you are a working mom, balancing what seems like 100 things at once, you usually will put your kids BEFORE your meditation/self-care practice.
Unfortunately, with social isolation, sickness, world politics, and gas/food prices rising, there is plenty to stress about. And since you are an example to your kids, you may be wondering if they will grow up to be just as stressed out and overworked as you are now.
Meditation might be the LAST thing on your mind....though, you KNOW it's good for you. Because when you meditate you...
🌟 Are better able to handle the ups and downs of life the more you meditate
🌟 Improve your and your children's physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. In fact, there are thousands of studies that show how meditation contributes to overall health and wellbeing.
🌟 Become an example of self-love and self-care for your kids. How will they know they are worthy of self-love, if they never see anyone doing it? You can commit to this now!
🌟 Gift your children new superpowers to handle everything in life by building resilience.
On Friday, June 24th at 5:30pm Pacific time (convert to your timezone HERE), we are going to show you and your school-aged child how...
💜 Meditation is sooo, not boring (there are different styles of meditation to fit your needs)
💜 To destress and learn better with a dance party (dance has been shown to improve brain health)
💜 To release trapped or old emotions from the body using a technique called Tapping (one of the best tools for hidden anxiety)
Join us on Zoom, in the comfort of your home. Zoom link will be emailed upon purchase of tickets.
Please note: This event is live and will NOT be recorded to provide a safe space for moms and kids to relax, have fun and interact.
