NEXT EVENT COMING FEB. '26!!!!

A Men's Mental Fitness, Performance Wellbeing & Emotional Regulation Workshop for Elite, Emerging & Everyday Athletes + Young High Performers. Helping you to feel grounded and secure in your foundations, so that you can perform (in competition & life), regulate, and lead from within, when under pressure!

* Whilst raising money for 'Movember' and men's mental health *

When: Sunday, December 7th — 8:00am–4:00pm (Arrive 7:30am)

Where: Ascend Movement, 3/19 Allen St, Moffat Beach

Who: Young Men and Athletes (16-35+yrs) who are ambitious in sport or career, and beginning to realise that their highest-performing self is only possible when their mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing is taken care of.

This is for those who know there's another level to all this.

For those who want to compete and WIN, but also want to become the best man, partner, father, son, mate - the best version of themselves possible - at the same time!

Why:

We’re living in a time where so many young men feel an intense pressure to be more, do more, and constantly prove their worth. Sport or high performance becomes the only place we feel allowed to succeed, belong, or express ourselves. This event exists to create a healthier, more grounded pathway forward - one where strength comes from inner stability, emotional literacy, and genuine self-worth, not just achievement.

Beyond raising funds and awareness for MOVEMBER, this workshop is ultimately about something much deeper - creating the start of a caring (and equally challenging) brotherhood for local young men to connect with like-minded, health-conscious high performers outside of sport/work/study.

And just as importantly, this work supports the women and girls in our communities. When we help guide and grow healthier, more mature, emotionally anchored men, we directly improve the safety, support, and wellbeing of the girls and women we live, work, and play alongside.

"Healthy men create healthier families, relationships, teams, and communities."

*** 100% of profits will be DONATED directly to the Movember Foundation!

What to Expect:

Community · Connection · Curiosity · Challenge · Care

Expect to get sweaty, lean into discomfort and fear, learn about yourself, master new tools & tactics you can use immediately to help you regulate yourself and perform on the field/court/mat and in your relationships/work/life, build deeper connection, and feel supported by like-minded men.
