Momentum Mental Health, in collaboration with Pureland Learning College and supported by the Bupa Foundation, is hosting a Wellbeing Symposium to promote mental, physical, and social wellbeing.

This full-day event features expert speakers from universities, healthcare, and community organisations, offering practical strategies for healthier, connected lives.

Topics include wellbeing for children, families, vulnerable people, financial stress management, resilience through meditation, and the impact of environments on mental health. Optional wellness activities, like Tai Chi and meditation, plus networking opportunities, make this a valuable experience for all.

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to attend, so entry is via Daná — a Sanskrit word that means "generosity" or "charity." Simply contribute what you can afford. Whether it’s a little or a lot, your support makes a difference.
