This is our inaugural community event hosted by the Mona Vale Surf Club. We will have 2 x 3 metre plots available for sellers. Buy swap or sell surf, swim or beach related gear. There will be live music and food available to purchase from the Nippers barbecue.

SELLER REGISTERATION

For sellers you must register and pay to confirm your plot. Each plot will be $20 +booking fee).  Space is limited so get in quickly. BYO your own market set-up. (please note marquees are not permitted)

Bump in from 11am, be ready to trade by 11.30 pm and pack down at 2.30pm.

WET WEATHER AND EVENT SELLER CANCELLATION

In the event of a major weather event or electrical storm, the Presenters may declare the event to be cancelled.
If the event is cancelled, sellers will be notified via the email address you provided on booking by 5pm on the day prior to the event (22nd February 2025). You will receive a full refund minus the Humanatix booking fee.

If you have booked a seller site and do not arrive at the event your ticket cost will be forfeited.
Refunds will be available to 24hours before the event starts.

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You must be setup and ready to sell items by 11.30am and ensure all items stay on within your allotted plot.
• You must abide by WHS requirements as directed by the organiser. 
• You are responsible for your property and must safeguard against any possible instance of theft. 
• You must organise your own payment methods. (money floats or change WILL NOT be provided by the Mona Vale Surf club)
