Monash Candidates Virtual Forum

Just Transition South Gippsland Inc. (JTSG) and Bass Coast Climate Action Network (BCCAN) are non-politically aligned groups of local people who recognise the need for action to deal with the environmental and social issues thrown up by climate change and are working to encourage all levels of government to urgently act with positive solutions.

Climate change action and environmental protection are central issues of voter concern, and the forum will provide an opportunity to hear from the candidates and present questions.

The forum is to be run online and mediated to ensure the event is fair, respectful and focussed, with all voices being heard.
