This is a 30-minute webinar providing information about what changes to the Public Records Act 2023 (the Act) will make to recordkeeping obligations and responsibilities for your public authority
You may have attended our first and second webinars which covered key changes in the Act, the new Recordkeeping Policy Framework and information about the new mandatory standards.
In this webinar, you'll learn about:
- QSA regulatory documents applying from commencement of the Act on 5 December 2024 and other important changes
- Actions public authorities should already be taking in preparation for commencement of the Act
- Next steps: How to get involved - developing the new mandatory standards.
We will also be answering questions you’re keen to ask focusing on the implementation of the new Act. Please submit your questions through this online form by Tuesday 12 November 2024, and we will answer them in the session or respond to you directly by email.
