Forget the "sophisticated urban trek"—we’re trading the polite pace for a night of quick wit, pints, and immersive team challenges. Join the crew for a city stroll that starts on iconic steps and ends with unlimited challenge rooms and top-tier banter.

This Monday Madness SUPER Special is built on the three pillars of Melbourne greatness: Beer, Games, and the Best Vibes in the City.

Explaining the Hijinks Hotel

Unlike a traditional escape room where you try to get out of a single room, Hijinks Hotel is set up like a whimsical, vintage New York hotel where every "hotel room" is a fast-paced game station.

• How it works: Groups play through sets of 5 different challenge rooms.

• The setup: Each room has a unique 4-minute interactive game—ranging from oversized ball pits and giant piano keys to word puzzles, memory tests, and target games.

• Team focus: Teams of 2 to 6 work together to score as many points as possible before the timer runs out, climbing up a shared leaderboard.

🗺️ THE GAME PLAN: ROLLIN' & STROLLIN'

We aren't just walking; we’re grabbing a quick pre-trek vibe check, fueling up on food, and aiming for the top of the leaderboard.

• The Launchpad: We meet at the Supreme Court Steps (William St entrance). This is the spot to gather the crew, get the energy up, and stretch out before we hit the pavement.

• The Scenic Stroll & Fuel Stop: We’ll take a calculated trek through the heart of the city, taking in the evening lights before heading over to grab some food and fuel up for the games.

• The Grand Finale: We’ll wrap up at Hijinks Hotel. Modeled like an eccentric, vintage hotel, each room here isn't a place to sleep—it's a 4-minute team challenge station! We’ll split into small squads to tackle fast-paced puzzles, ball pits, physical games, and quick-reflex tests to stack up points for the ultimate group score.

🏁 THE FINISH

We’ll conclude the night at 10:00 PM at Hijinks Hotel. After topping the challenge room leaderboards, it's time to head off into the Melbourne moonlight, officially having survived another legendary expedition.
