Mindful Monday Meditation

Mindfulness on Mondays for a great week!

Join Rev. Pam Reynolds each Monday from 7-8:30 PM for a "Monday Reset".

Each meditation is written and guided by Pam and the subjects will switch weekly.  Currently, we have scheduled:

*Anxiety Release  to help you eliminate your anxiety

*Cord Cutting  to help you remove connections that are draining your energy

*Manifestation  to help raise your vibrations and gain clarity on what you truly want and need so you can manifest it into your life

*Meet Your Spirit Guides  to help you recognize and get to know your guardian spirits, guides and angels

*Soul Retrieval  to help you locate pieces of your soul that were "lost" due to trauma and reincorporate those pieces for healing


More sessions are in the works and will be rolled into the line up.
