So here I am, creating a space where we can just show up and fill our cup.

Every week, on the northern gold coast.

My morning ritual/routine podcast is the most popular one and frequently listen to
and most women I work with struggle with filling their own cup.So I feel called to create a place where you all can soak up my medicine and fill your own cup with ease.

I have definitely been there and I want to share with you all what I do to tend to myself before I become available to anyone else. This means that im filling my families cups from a full and over pouring cup. Much easier than trying to when we feel depleted. We will meet up on different local areas to the Northern Gold Coast. From Oxenford up to Willow vale/ Ormeau.I will teach modalities and practises with you
that will support you in nurturing your body and soul.Our practises will vary between ( but not be limited to )
Meditation
Breathwork 
Journaling 
Cacao ceremony 
Tea ceremony 
Movement 
Soundhealing 
Cold Water immersion
