Monday Morning Medicine
Start your week with peace and purpose.

Join us every Monday morning from 6:30 am to 8:30 am at C Y O'Connor Beach for a transformative experience designed to help you tune into your inner world and set the tone for a peaceful, grounded week ahead.

We begin with a brief guided meditation, enhanced by sound healing to centre and calm your mind. Move gently into light movement and breathwork, designed to awaken your body and soul. Finally, cleanse in the ocean with a refreshing dip, followed by time to chat and connect with like-minded individuals.

This event is for both men and women, and dogs are welcome. Come as you are, leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready for the week.

Cost: $20 per person
Time: 6:30 am - 8:30 am, every Monday
Location: C Y O'Connor Beach

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a towel, and an open heart.
