Our focus will be on Connection - connection to self, connection to others, connection to your body, to the land, the Earth and of course to your higher self...Anna will gently hold you and guide you in this Circle, led by the collective energy of those who attend, to expand your own capacity for connection - for this is what we are here designed for...... This is what brings us nourishment, peace, love. community, fulfillment and joy -and yet so much of the way society is set up, disconnects us from this - and so gift yourself this time to re-connect, re-learn, re-member and re-set your physiology for connection
No experience necessary - This will be an intimate circle with Limited Spaces available in order to ensure everyone feels held and supportedMats / bolsters and chairs will be provided, Just bring yourselves and water to drink.
