Monday Wheel Throwing Class Nov - Dec, 12.30pm to 2.30pm - 5 weeks

Discover the rewarding process of creating ceramics on the wheel and unlock your creative potential!

Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, these sessions offer a hands-on and engaging introduction to the art of wheel-thrown ceramics. Fleur provides support at every stage, from brainstorming your first designs to the final touches on your piece. 

Throughout the term, you'll learn the essentials: how to center and throw clay, shaping it into forms such as bowls, mugs, and vases.

As your skills progress, you'll explore trimming techniques that refine your work, along with basic construction, surface decoration, and glazing methods. 

5 Weeks: $325 LJAC members or $375 non-members

Mondays 12.30pm - 2.30pm

9 Nov to 7 Dec.

Fee includes 1 bag of clay, basic tools, bisque firing, basic midfire firing glazes.

Please note the Centre is closed on Mondays so access to the ceramics studio will be via Fleur via our Queen Street entrance.
