Money Morsels - Brunch Bite - Sydney
Description
Money Morsels: Food & Financial Wellbeing
Money is rarely just about numbers. It is emotional, embodied and shaped by our stories, relationships, habits and life experiences.
Money Morsels is a unique live food and financial wellbeing experience that uses cooking, conversation and reflection to gently explore our relationship with money. Part shared meal, part financial therapy-inspired discussion, this event offers a warm and accessible way to understand why we do what we do with money — without shame, judgement or financial jargon.
Rather than focusing on budgets or discipline, we will explore the deeper patterns that shape spending, saving, avoiding, giving, receiving and feeling safe with money.
Food is woven throughout the experience as both nourishment and metaphor. Participants will not only learn something meaningful about themselves and their relationship with money, they will also learn a new recipe that is incorporated into the conversation and shared experience.
This event is for anyone who wants to feel more compassionate, curious and empowered in their financial life.
Come for the food. Stay for the insight. Leave with a new way of thinking about money — and a recipe to take home.
Join Jane Monica-Jones, Australia’s leading Financial Therapist and a global expert in Trauma and Money.
Please note: This event is educational and reflective in nature. It does not provide personal financial advice, therapy or counselling.
