MONEY TALKS | CARCLEW GRANTS INFORMATION SESSION
Carclew Project and Development Grant individuals applications are now open. Closing 1 March 2022.
INDIVIDUAL early career artists aged 26 years or under, can apply for up to $10,000 for arts projects with a tangible outcome and/or skills and career development.
MONEY TALKS is a free workshop offering handy tips and tricks when applying for grants through Carclew.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
How the grant process works and demonstrations of the application system.
What can and cannot be funded.
What makes a good pitch.
How to define the Who, What, Where, Why, When and How – and getting to the point.
How to calculate the cost of your project and prepare a budget.
What are support materials and which to include.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
South Australian artists, creatives and makers who are 26-years and under, from all disciplines (including but not limited to musicians, visual artists, performers, film makers, animators and writers)
WHERE: Online (via Teams)
COST: FREE but registration is essential
SUPPORT
All applicants are encouraged to discuss their proposal at a one-on-one consult, prior to submitting a grant application. Please contact Funding Program Coordinator, Eliza Lovell, elovell@carclew.org.au to arrange a time to meet. No consults will be available in the final week before an application deadline.
