📦About: As funding and resources for inclusion and diversity initiatives become increasingly competitive, it is now imperative for every funded or impact-driven sport organisation to have a strong Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategy in place. Lauren Schwaar is a former high-level basketball coach, sport for development advocate and M&E professional who has worked around the world in a wide variety of settings. She is passionate about developing leadership and inspiring growth whether she is working with a basketball team, an organization, or on a new M&E project. Her passions include fostering team and developing female leaders and coaches. She has worked alongside people of a wide variety of backgrounds and honed skills from coaching and sports development to marketing and project management. She's traveled around the world to coach, volunteer, explore and learn. She is passionate about helping impact-driven organisations apply the power of data to their work.
